Polypropylene (PP)
Suitable for temps. between -20°C and +80°C
Characteristics:
A strong and fairly rigid material with a hard surface, offering excellent shape retention in use. Good chemical resistance (exceptions apply, always check suitability).
Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE)
Suitable for temps. between -35°C and +70°C
Characteristics:
A slightly flexible material, offering excellent shape retention in use, good impact resistance, and particularly suitable for use at lower temperatures.
High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
Suitable for temps. between -40°C and +80°C
Characteristics:
A strong and rigid material, particularly suitable for use at lower temperatures. Lower load bearing properties than Polypropylene, and excellent resistance to stress cracks.
